Uniblue.com Charged me twice for software I cancelled a year ago, Internet - Uniblue.com

I bought the speedupmypc from uniblue last year. Right after I loaded their software I started having problems with my laptop crashing. I sent off an email requesting help and it took the company several days to get back to me. In the meantime I deleted their program for my laptop and it started working properly. When the company rep finally contacted me he tried to blame it on my laptop. I told him I could not use the product and wanted to cancel and be removed from any future correspondence on their products. That I could not afford risking my laptop performance for it is used by me for my buisness on a daily basis. I was told that they would cancel my subscription. Load & behold OCT & NOV 2010 my account was charged twice for software that I cancelled last Nov.
