Ever place an internet order, wait a week with no update on the status of your order and when you ask where it might be you are told it will ship the next day? But is doesn't. Another company has the merchandise on their shelf, so you place an order with them and they will ship the next day. You then contact the first company that still doesn't have your order put together and tell them to cancel the order. Small problem, they don't have your merchandise but they do have a restock policy of 15% if you cancel your order! In this case the shooting gloves were out of stock but I was never notified of the delay. Then when the gloves come in after I've cancelled the order they still want to their 15% for the total.
To add insult to injury, a fraudulent charge of $116.92 was placed with a company in Florida to send a large fruit basket to someone in Canada using the credit card info supplied for the internet order.
Coincidence? Possibly but when you have a company as unscrupulous as this I think anything is possible. I lost a few bucks to this dirtbag company but I can pass on my experience to others so maybe they can find a legitimate internet company with inventory and a desire to please their customers. I assure you TGSCOM is not one you want to do business with.
