ASUS ASUSTek Computer Inc. Awful costumer service, No progress on repairs and No explanations Fremont, California - ASUS

I bought my ASUS G51VX-RX05 from an authorized retailer on August 2010 it worked fine at first and I was happy with my purchase as I needed a powerful portable computer. Then in early October 2010 one day after coming home from work I tried to start my computer and it would not power up. No noise, no indication to tell me what might be it, I checked everything was plugged in correctly, which it was, and still no power. I contacted ASUS Tech Support and they sent me a Service # and RMA # and I sent all the information that they requested for the computer to be shipped. It arrived to their facilities in Fremont on the 21st of October, about three days after it arrived they updated their "Repair Status Inquiry" webpage and it appears as "Waiting for Materials/Spare Parts" since then, it is the 28th of November now and I still have no information about what is wrong with my computer, I have tried many times to get in touch with a supervisor, and when I do get a hold of one they repeat to me almost the same script that their customer service representative just told me, "they would get back to me as soon as they found out what was wrong", and/or that they would contact me the next day with information about my laptop. This has been going on for a long time now and I really just want to get my money back and forget about this company, their customer service is horrible and they do not stand by their word about their warranty policy, they just keep you going around in circles and they provide no direct answers.
